Despite offering a range of valuable services, many users faced challenges navigating the portal, hindering the efficient utilization of the available resources.

Understanding the importance of visual communication, we embarked on creating an awareness video tutorial to guide users through the portal's functionalities. The objective was to simplify complex processes and empower individuals, businesses, government agencies, and non-profit entities to navigate and benefit from the electronic services seamlessly.
